This is the first pair of Ray Ward shotguns, an exquisite 20 bore, 28 inch barrelled, double trigger pair. They are perfectly balanced, having been crafted entirely by hand by one of Britain's finest gun makers, and engraved by hand by one of London's finest engravers. They took approximately 900 hours of skilled craftsmanship to create. The guns are self opening double trigger sidelock ejectors with automatic safety, and they boast an intricate deep scroll acanthus leaf design which is reserved for the highest quality guns and rifles. The engraved design is set around a woodcock which, as a pair, represents the pinnacle and the ultimate prize in English game shooting.
